Demonstration of mycological pastry as part of the "De Setas por Soria – Micotour de Otoño" programme, showing how to use mushrooms in sweet dishes. Led by the pastry chef Juan Carlos Lavilla of the Tres Chocolates pastry shop in Ágreda, an expert in using various edible mushrooms in desserts. Free admission, no booking required, while places last.

Jornadas micológicas de Cardenete 2026

Cardenete, Cuenca

Programme: guided walks, species identification, exhibitions, presentations, as well as tours and events at the Museo Micológico. There are activities for families and nature-care initiatives. The Comida popular micológica and Geogachas lunches (booking by 30.11), the Cena de hermandad dinner in the polivalente (by 02.12) and a free workshop on seed paper and mushroom spore prints (by 02.12, up to 5 places) are by advance booking. For the walks you will need comfortable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, a basket, collecting materials and water.
